The recent brawl between Manchu Manoj and Mahat Ragahvendra at a late night party was a severely discussed topic in film circles. It should be remembered that a budding Tamil actor Mahat Raghavendra, most famously known as actress Tapsee's former boyfriend, alleged that Manoj bashed him up. Mahat Raghavendra filed case against Manoj at Royapettah police station in Chennai.
Now the latest news is that Chennai High Court granted anticipatory bail for actor Manchu Manoj in this brawl case. Manoj's lawyer Natarajan argued that only a heated argument occurred between Manoj and Mahat but not fights and sought anticipatory bail.
It should be remembered that it was widely reported in media that actor Manchu Manoj bashed up Mahat regarding Tapsee. Mahat and Tapsee dated for sometime after she made debut in Tamil films but the actress is very close Manchu family as it was they introduced her to films with Jhummandi Naadam in 2010.
Soon after this case came out in the media, Tapsee said she's currently not in 'relationship' with anyone but neither denied her past relationship nor she did say the brawl didn't happen.
Currently Manchu Manoj is quite busy with release of Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara.
