The filmnagar birdie is spreading the news that Rajamouli is planning to do a sequel to his latest release Eega. After the unanimous and overwhelming success of the film ‘Eega’, the makers of the movie and team Rajamouli are reportedly considering the idea of making a sequel. We hear that the sequel will have Sudeep reincarnating as a bird to take revenge on the fly.
Apparently, the idea came up during a recent meeting and a feasibility study is being conducted about the same. Rajamouli and his team never expected that Eega will get such type of overwhelming success and compliments. They still cant get themselves from excitement. They are also expecting to make Eega sequel like Hollywood films.
While the idea is still a very early stage, both D.Suresh Babu and Sai Korrapati are said to be extremely pleased with the idea of a sequel. With a 3D release planned later this year and Rajamouli’s next commercial commitment in the works, it will be interesting to see where “Eega 2′ might fit into the scheme of things.
Now we have to wait and see whether Rajamouli makes the Eega sequel or he comes befor us with a new experiment. Another news is that Rajamouli will decide to make a sequel depending upon the response for Eega hindi version.
